A Ceiling Solution Reflecting Rains’ Design DNA

For the new Rains Headquarters in Aarhus, developed in collaboration with SLETH Architects, the ambition was to create a workspace that fully reflects the brand’s distinctive design universe. The building is shaped by a palette of raw materials – exposed concrete surfaces, industrial metal detailing, and a minimalist interior concept.

To support this vision, DAMPA supplied more than 4,400m² of DAMPA^® Clip-In Custom Tiles, specially tailored for the project. The tiles are perforated over the edge, ensuring a streamlined and uninterrupted ceiling surface that blends naturally with the structure.

The choice of a Clip-In solution allowed the ceiling to harmonise with the project’s raw architectural character. The refined metal surface of the tiles blends with the building’s industrial elements. Despite the raw look, the acoustic performance of the tiles plays a vital role in shaping the atmosphere inside the headquarters.

By combining architectural coherence with technical functionality, the DAMPA^® Clip-In Custom Tiles contribute to a cohesive interior where materials can define the visual experience.
