WLT-D-PP Climate Element

WLT-D-PP Climate Element is designed for installation in standard metal ceiling tiles and can be used to activate cooling or combined cooling and heating.

The product is not a complete ceiling solution, but a climate element installed in existing or new ceilings. If a combined solution with both ceiling and climate is required, we offer a complete solution in the form of DAMPA® Climate Ceiling, where ceiling and climate are delivered as one integrated system.

WLT-D-PP Climate Elements are ideal for use in metal ceiling tiles from DAMPA, but can also be integrated into ceilings from other manufacturers.

WLT-D-PP Climate Element is designed for installation in standard metal ceiling tiles on site and is used to establish chilled ceilings or climate ceilings.

The climate elements are configured with varying numbers of pipes and pipe spacings depending on the required output and available space.

The elements are connected in series to ensure correct water flow and optimal performance in accordance with applicable guidelines.
WLT-D-PP Climate Elements provide the same function and performance as DAMPA® Climate Ceiling, but are specifically developed for installation directly into ceiling tiles on site. This makes this solution particularly well suited for smaller projects and refurbishment projects.

The climate elements are suitable for use in offices, banks, hotels, healthcare buildings, and similar commercial environments.

Dimensions

550 x 550 mm for ceiling tiles 600 x 600 mm (625 x 625 mm)

1100 x 550 mm for ceiling tiles 1200 x 600 mm (1250 x 625 mm)

Pipe spacing: 150 mm

Other spacings are available on request.

Connections

Calibrated connections with support sleeves. Compatible with quick couplings, press fittings, soldering, etc.

Technical description

The WLT-D-PP Climate Element is manufactured with the patented D-pipe register and is delivered for direct installation in to ceiling tiles on site.

The elements are available with:
  • Ø10 mm copper pipes
  • Ø12 mm copper pipes

Performance

Example cooling capacity at room temperature 25 °C and mean water temperature 16 °C: WLT-D-PP-RA150-4rr = 85 W/m²

Manufactured in accordance with EN 14240
