Copenhagen Airport
DAMPA has been part of Copenhagen Airport’s history since its early beginnings. Over the years, DAMPA has delivered a wide range of acoustic solutions to the airport’s many and varied areas. In this reference, we have gathered a selection of these solutions delivered throughout the years.
Finger C
Holm & Grut Arkitekter is behind this architectural gem, which is the first extension of CPH airport’s finger root C.
The magnificent ceiling is sculptural with its large, round opening. For finger root C, DAMPA has supplied 1,516 sqm. DAMPA® Clip-In Tiles with bevelled edges, which give an extraordinary visual expression.
The tiles’ function, in addition to the visual and aesthetic, is acoustic regulation. This is done by means of the perforation of the tiles and the inserted acoustic felt.
In a large open hall like this, where there are many people daily, the acoustics are hugely important.
Security Office
or the security office, DAMPA® Climate Ceiling in DAMPA® Clip-In Tiles was supplied to ensure a healthy indoor climate, with stable temperatures and excellent acoustics.
DAMPA has also had the honour of supplying ceilings for CPH Airport’s Terminal 2 and Security Control.
