DAMPA has acquired TechoKlima following many years of collaboration.
A pleased Michael Nykjær, CEO of DAMPA, shares the news that as of 29 February 2024, DAMPA has purchased TechoKlima.
We have worked closely with Per and TechoKlima over the past 10 years to deliver and produce cooling and heating ceilings. This is a strategically important step, where, through our combined expertise, we will be able to create more value for our customers.
Besides the acquisition fostering better synergy between our two companies, it will also result in new products, where we combine DAMPA’s acoustic metal solutions with TechoKlima’s cooling and heating solutions in new ways,

Innovation and product development in the pipeline
DAMPA’s acquisition marks an entirely new chapter for TechoKlima. Per Andersen will remain as director and looks forward to the journey the company will embark on with DAMPA.
“We have had an exemplary partnership for many years, and now that TechoKlima is part of DAMPA, it will only make us even stronger,” says Per Andersen, director of TechoKlima, continuing:

About TechoKlima
TechoKlima specialises in the design and planning of radiant heating systems, cooling ceilings, and heating coils for the Danish construction industry. DAMPA and TechoKlima have collaborated for many years, supplying climate ceilings for large projects, including hospital constructions, major corporate headquarters, and cultural institutions.
DAMPA took over TechoKlima on 29 February 2024, transforming the company into a subsidiary of DAMPA.
In the new structure, Michael Nykjær has taken the role of chairman of the board at TechoKlima, with Michael Grønbech, technical director at DAMPA, also joining the board.
