The dust-free acoustic felt in DAMPA ceilings prevents the fall of particles through the perforated surface while contributing to the acoustic effect. DAMPA® Clip-In Tile has been tested for use in clean rooms, where its properties meet the specifications for ISO Class 4 following ISO 14644-1.

In addition, the tiles have been tested for unwanted growth of bacteria and other microorganisms according to ISO 846 procedure C, where the tiles were assessed as very good at resisting bacteria.
This protects the surface against unwanted growth of bacteria and other microorganisms.
