The 15-story tower has been inaugurated. The tower will become a landmark in Danish health research.
HM Queen Margrethe 2 participated at the opening of the Maersk Tower the expantion of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Copenhagen.
The construction of Maersk Tower began in 2012, the building is now complete and will be hosting some of the World’s leading researchers in health sciences.
Architect C.F. Møller designed the building, which amounted to 1.5 billion dkk to build. A. P. Møller Foundation has contributed 600 million dkk, besides 125 million for furniture, so it is right that the building is named Maersk Tower.
DAMPA has delivered overpressure ceilings to the building, an effective solution that optimally supports the design in the impressive building.
