Minimum construction hight
DAMPA® PLANOSTILE Hook-on Corridor ceiling system gives, like the PLANOSTILE Hook-on, an unlimited access to above services anywhere without disturbing the fire integrity of the ceiling. No additional insulation is required.
Tab into hands-on gains as:
- Flexible ceiling layout
- Fast and efficient installation with only three basic components
- Low installation height as ceiling panels are self-supported
- Low construction height
- Enables easy access to void above ceiling
- Low weight and high sound insulation properties
Ceilings consisting of panels spanning the complete corridor width and are supported either by perimeter trims or primary grid members fastened to the walls.
The grid fastened to the walls entail a minimum construction hight. Wide corridors may require the addition of conventional hangers like the PLANOSTILE Hook-on system.
The ceiling joint ensures a tight, uniform “pencil” line connection with all panels in flat alignment forming a distinctively plane and neutral ceiling area.
Each individual full sized ceiling panel will swing down, functioning as an access panel, to give free access to above installations anywhere within the ceiling area, without interfering with the fire integrity.
The applied suspension carrier system are developed to carry relatively heavy ceiling elements, which makes it specially suitable for integration of cooling & heating system.
